๐ Lead Types:
โข New โ Standard opt-in lead. Customer receives an SMS asking for consent. Once they reply YES, the lead becomes a confirmed opt-in and is pushed to the client.
โข Live Transfer โ The customer is already on the phone and is transferred directly to the client's sales team. These leads are pushed to the client immediately upon saving โ no SMS opt-in required.
๐จ STRICT DNC POLICY โ LIVE TRANSFERS:
It is the vendor's sole responsibility to ensure that no DNC (Do Not Call) customers are sent through Live Transfer under any circumstances.
If any DNC customer is found to have been transferred as a Live Transfer lead, the contract will be terminated immediately with no payment.
Always verify the customer's DNC status before initiating a Live Transfer. There are no exceptions to this policy.
โ ๏ธ Important:
โข Phone numbers are checked for duplicates โ the system will warn you if the number already exists
โข Set "Send Optin SMS" to Yes to automatically send the consent SMS when saving the lead
โข Required fields (marked with *): First Name, Last Name, Phone No., Postcode

How to Send Opt-in SMS
Request customer consent via SMS
There are two ways to send the opt-in SMS: automatically when creating the lead (set "Send Optin SMS" = Yes), or manually from the leads listing.
Method 1: Automatic (While Creating Lead)
When you set "Send Optin SMS" = Yes in the lead form before saving, the SMS is sent automatically upon saving the lead. No extra step needed!

How to Know a Lead is Confirmed
